Romantic Wedding Videos South East Queensland: Revisiting Our Favourite Weddings

Bjorn Schmal • July 23, 2024

As a wedding videographer on the beautiful Gold Coast, I have the privilege of capturing some of the most magical and heartfelt moments of couples' special days. Each wedding is unique, and through the lens of my camera, I get to tell the love stories of couples in a way that is both intimate and cinematic. Here, I’d like to share a just a few of my favorite wedding videos and what made them so special.

1. Kiris & Hilton's Romantic Wedding Video at Gabbinbar Homestead

Gabbinbar is already one of the most romantic venues in South East Queensland, and as the mist delicately blanketed the surroundings, the venue took on an ethereal ambiance. Surrounded by loved ones, Kiris and Hilton danced the night away, surrounded by romantic flickering fairy lights and glowing lanterns. I loved working with the photographer to capturing breathtaking videos that encapsulated the essence of their love and the enchanting beauty of the night.

SOME OF OUR FAVOURITE Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast WEDDING VIDEOs:

2. Olivia and Ben's Hinterland Wedding

How AMAZING are those stunning highland cattle at Olivia and Ben's Austinville wedding venue? The florals, the backdrop, everything about the Cowbell Creek venue was perfection.

3. Christinia and Myles Rainforest Ceremony

The amazing St Benard's Hotel never disappoints as a wedding venue, with it's incredible views over the Gold Coast Hinterland and picturesque rainforest setting, it made for another amazing wedding. Christina and Myles combined cultures and families in an incredible wedding, complete with a golden retriever ring bearer- could it get any cuter?

4. Natasha & Nigel Lavender Haze Wedding

This glass chapel has to be one of the most romantic wedding venues in the Scenic Rim. Nastasha and Nigel were married amidst ivy and lavender fields on this stunning day at Karoomba Vineyards and Lavender Farms

5. Deejay & Leon - Gold Coast City Wedding

Deejay & Leon had a glamourous wedding at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise, surrounded by the glitz and glam of the Gold Coast.

6. Kassandra & Ryan's Special Day on the Sunshine Coast

The iconic Glass House Mountains made the perfect backdrop for Kassandra and Ryan's day. They were married in the adorable mountain town of Maleny at the Tiffany's Maleny glass chapel on a beautiful day.

7. Hannah and Cody's Tweed Coast Boho Wedding

What a gorgeous boho beach wedding on the Tweed Coast of Northern NSW. Picture sunny weather, stunning beaches, and champagne towers for die for. The stunning venue was Osteria Weddings, and I had the pleasure of working with photographer Wild Visuals to capture every moment of the special day.

As a wedding videographer on the Gold Coast, I’m constantly inspired by the love stories I get to document. Each couple brings their own unique style and personality to their wedding, and it’s an honor to capture these moments for them to cherish forever. From beachfront bliss to urban elegance, each wedding video is a testament to the beauty of love and the joy of celebration.

I hope you enjoyed this glimpse into some of my favorite wedding videos. If you’re planning your wedding and looking for a videographer who will capture your special day with creativity and passion, I’d love to hear from you.
